Jaime Leandro Foundation for Therapeutic Cancer Vaccines

Quest Clinical Research is leading a personalized cancer vaccine trial (JLF-200) sponsored by the
nonprofit Jaime Leandro Foundation.  This is a basket trial of neoantigen synthetic long peptide vaccines in patients with advanced malignancy.

This trial uses next-generation sequencing to identify cancer targets unique to each person and their specific cancer.  Those targets are then used to create a personalized vaccine for every patient that is enrolled.  

This study is open to anyone 18 years old and up
with an advanced solid tumor and willing and able to pay for the manufacturing of their vaccine.
